   wow, too bad that they will live a “hell” of a life and then die only to rot in a hole.. too bad all dreams will be crushed

   It would seem so, to listen to some of the music
   “My home is in heaven, just waiting for me, and when I reach there how happy I’ll be”
   “I shan’t tarry long, tihs world is not my home”
   etc
   A negative view of the world, one’s life, and one’s future is a recipe for depression, as cognitive therapy teaches. This popular idea in Mainline christianity offers two out of the three.

   I do not like the the children who are abused,or dying from cancer, I do not like the homeless suffering, I do not like war
   tears and sorrow.If anyone can look around this world and be happy,they have no heart.I would love to see Jesus return today.

   living has good and bad parts to it…its hard to make something of yourself without kow towing to someone…but its hard to find time also for everything else….and people are difficult…there is always some problem…its about getting past the hurdles and looking forward….without looking back…its hard but its possible with the mentality that it will eventually be worth it…yea its easy to want to die because of the suffering but its also scary to think about dying too…so its better to look at the life of JC and say well he did it all and he didn’t b*tch about anything..never told a fib, never even had a car…had sooo little and he also died in the worst way for all of us….so we have to swallow our pride and say its not sooo bad…

   Christians know why I say this I’m sure,this world is not our home, it is with God and we long to be with him. Sometimes we get home sick. We are in the world but not a part of it.

   How about this one

   You may have heard the story about how everyone is going to Hell. Christianity, sorry to say folks, is not the only religion. There are many. In my opinion, none of them are right. A religion is a way of life. Religion serves as a way to set forth guidlines to living a good life. In the case of christianity, you do good, you go to heaven, you do bad, you go to hell. So what if you aren’t a christian, well then you have to go to hell, because you don’t believe in god, and have never gone to church, or gotten baptised. There is also more than one religion that says if you aren’t a member of that religion, you go to hell (or its equvilant). So therefore, Since you can’t be a member of both religions at once, since I’m sure they have conflicting views, everyone goes to hell. OR you can choose not to believe in god, heaven, or hell, the live life according to the exact same moral standards, being good to people, friendly, caring, making others happy, and thus being happy yourself. And when you die, something happens. No idea what. No one knows, but when you get there, you’ll find out.

   atheists might think so, but it’s wrong.

   Life in itself is noeither a heaven nor a hell. Life has blessings, and torments. Sometimes your faith is tested, but that’s just part of the job description.

   and it isn’t really a good idea to wish for death unless you’re like 102 having all these pains, no family or friends and want heaven asap. Focusing your thoughts on death is generally bad. God is the true and LIVING God.

   PS: Suicide is a sin, as it is malicious killing except for MAYBE a mother taking a bullet for her child or something, and there’s no repentance for it cuz repentance happens in life. But making a bad choice doesn’t send you to hell. Making THE bad choice (rejecting Christ) does. But people who reject can still repent once alive.

    Sorry, not a crazy idea. Many think living is just a waste of time - while others feel this is heaven and live every second they can in deep adventure. Both are probably correct, or not - I do not know.
    Every human has one thing in common with each other - none know what will happen AFTER they die. Heaven or Hell? Gray limbo? Oreos the size of truck tires?
    We live as best we can - packing in the adventures so we have some thing to talk about later, in heaven, probably. Shoot we could come back as some believe and start over - or move to a higher plane.
    I would not cut short an adventure, please stick out your ride to the end, OK. Every roller coaster has high points and low points, so does life. It’s part of the ride.
    You are not crazy, of course.
    About those 80 odd years - use them to meet as many people you can, help as many as you can, and understand life is not a torment, it’s an adventure to enjoy.
